And this is explained by one of the new trends that is spreading in Italy, the combination of terraces and rooms in luxury hotels for trendy aperitifs.

TRUFLER GIN, a rather unique product. It was born from the idea of contaminating one of the most consumed products of recent years with our main element, the TRUFFLE, exactly with white, the most prized one.

 

Gin is a distillate with a history that goes back as far as 1600. It was created as a tonic and medicine, and then became a popular drink that experienced incredible growth. From the mid-1700s, the first serious distilleries began to spring up that outlined a precise style of gin, which later became London Dry Gin. Following this, production of various types began. Today they are classified into 3 categories: London Dry Gin, Distilled Gin, Compound Gin.

 

In the case of our Trufler GIN, it is a Distilled GIN made with 100% Italian juniper, angelica and coriander where ginger, which gives it the spicy note, szechuan pepper, which gives the citrus part, which cleanses the mouth, and fine white truffle, which is noted in the finish with a delicacy and unique flavour, have been combined as botanicals. This product is enhanced when in contact with a neutral tonic, whose effervescence amplifies both the aroma and taste of the fine white truffle notes.
