Shipping fees

Shipments are sent by MBE to Italy and Express courier abroad. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the products ordered will be delivered within a period of 3 (three) working days from the day when TPasseri Tartufi Srl confirmed the order to the customer by specific e-mail order confirmation.

Whichever shipment type you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include packaging and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately. Each of them will be subject to shipping charges. The package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

In the case of frozen products, a surcharge of 24€ per 10kg of purchased product will be added to the shipping costs. This is the price necessary for a refrigerated delivery.
