Three colours, three flavours and three different textures:
- Dark chocolate praline with a liquid truffle acacia honey heart
- Milk chocolate praline with a heart of black truffle chocolate cream with a crunchy part of caramelised hazelnut crumbs
- White chocolate praline with white truffle chocolate creamy heart
The participations in Cibus 2022 in Parma (3-6 May 2022), Bellavita Expo London in London (22-23 June 2022), Sial Paris in Paris (15-19 October 2022) were carried out with the support of the Funds "POR FESR Umbria 2014-2020 - Action 3.3.1 - Public Notice for participation in the Internationalization Project 2021-2022"
