CIBUS PARMA 2022: An excellent post-Covid edition for Passeri Tartufi

 

3,000 exhibitors, thousands of new products, 60,000 professional operators including 3,000 top buyers, confirm the need for an annual event dedicated to Made in Italy.
Despite the inflationary storm, there is optimism for a return to relative normalcy later this year.


The 2022 edition of Cibus, organized by Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare, exceeded expectations by returning to pre-pandemic numbers despite the Covid endemicity and the conflict in Ukraine. The 21st edition of the fair was a collective, but not unexpected, representation of vitality of the Made in Italy agri-food sector and the fair that has represented it for more than four decades.
Foreign operators, brought by the great work done by the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), and Italian operators had the opportunity to enrich their assortment by discovering thousands of new products, often strongly linked to the tradition of the territories.
The real news of Cibus 2022 is that the crisis showed the solidity of our country's family businesses, which continued to work and make plans without losing heart even during the pandemic emergency and the economic crisis and the Ukrainian crisis; on the contrary, they increased their efforts to achieve excellence and sustainability of their companies and products.

 

For Passeri Tartufi, this edition of CIBUS PARMA 2022 was a very successful moment, which we wanted to share with our partners and potential new customers, where we had the opportunity to present our product range, and especially our business philosophy and mission. We were able to showcase all the re-branding work that has been done on the brand, starting from the marketing/commercial strategy, moving on to the new "dress" that has been given to its excellent products (packaging and labeling).

 

 

On this occasion, new items were presented that have been included in the Passeri Tartufi product range as the first step towards a journey that has been undertaken by the brand that starts from TRADITION and goes in the direction of INNOVATION.

Among these items we find our TRUFLER GIN , the new POTRUFFLE truffle chips, the only PEANUT BUTTER & BLACK TRUFFLE in circulation, the exclusive WHITE TRUFFLE MAPLE SYROUP, and many more.
